Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we currently ship across the U.S. If you're in the Tri-State Area, select your location in the "Local Shipping" options. If you're out of the Tri-State Area, contact us for shipping rates and options.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I place a large or bulk order for an event?
Absolutely! We love working on weddings, corporate events, and parties of all sizes. For larger orders, we recommend reaching out at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure smooth production and delivery.
